Our Story
Lounge Apex was founded by Amy and Wayne Crosby, a husband-and-wife team who believe a beautiful home should be more than something you admire—it should be a place you genuinely enjoy living in. For Amy, the idea behind Lounge Apex came together through a combination of professional experience, a longtime appreciation for beautiful homes, and something much simpler: she loves bringing people together.
Amy spent approximately 15 years working across restaurant and retail management and real estate before moving into healthcare and dental practice operations. During her years selling real estate in Utah's Heber City and Park City areas, she spent a great deal of time in beautiful high-end homes and developed an appreciation for thoughtful design and the details that make a home feel special. That appreciation never really went away. She's still the person who loves walking through Southern Utah's Parade of Homes, noticing the rooms, the finishes, the unexpected details—and especially the spaces designed for people to gather and have fun.

Amy and Wayne love family time, trying new things, being active, entertaining, and creating memories with the people they love.

It's extraordinary when people actually want to be there.
